Happy Memorial Day! I hope you’re enjoying it.
Guess what? I celebrated my birthday this past weekend. I spent it in the mountains near the water. It was so peaceful. I love trees, and calm settings, so this was the perfect weekend getaway. While looking out at the water, I took inventory of my life and man, there is so much to be thankful for. Remember, there are many people that are happy with way less than what you have. Be grateful for your blessings and stay humble.
Let’s also remember that memorial day is not just a federal holiday. It’s not just a 3 day weekend made for cook-outs and BBQ’s. It’s dedicated to remembering all the people in the armed forces who died while serving our country. Let’s honor them!
