Black Overalls and Stripes

Winter in Charlotte, NC is absolutely amazing. To me, it feels like the fall. Don’t get me wrong, there are a handful of days where it is actually cold, but it’s usually not for the entire day. It’s cold in the morning and warms up a bit in the afternoon.

I shot this look in January and the weather was phenomenal. I’m wearing the cutest, most comfortable black overalls from New York and Company. These are from the Gabrielle Union line. The material is thick, a bit stretchy, and very comfortable. These overalls can be worn to work, for date night, or a day out with friends. I paired it with my favorite black and white turtle neck. I like to purchase clothes that can perform double duty- workwear and play.

I found these overalls on a random trip to the mall. I actually just went inside to kill some time before an appointment and decided to browse a few of my favorite stores.
